SPE-SAX and SPE-WAX are used for the isolation and purification of acidic compounds in basic or neutral medium.
Based on a mixed mode of anion ion exchange and hydrophobicity interaction with functional quaternary / tertiary amino groups, SPE-SAX and SPE-WAX can quickly and steadily recover acidic compounds from the samples for purification, for example, estrone, adenine, nucleosides, etc.
